Wing Day is all about gathering a range of the culinary talent in Cookham and bringing them all to you on The Moor. ​With this amazing venue, and chicken wings as the medium, our chefs from all corners of the culinary map will delight you with their unique takes on this finger food favourite.

FAQ's
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No, we would politely ask that you do not bring your own food and drink with the exception of water and baby and medical supplies. We have some awesome food and drink available at our event, so please leave your picnics at home and try our vendors take on the wonderful wing.
Can I bring a camping chair or picnic blanket?
Yes absolutely. We will have various seating for everyone on the day however bringing your own will guarantee a seat at the event. We would like to ask however you do not obstruct entrances, walkways or fire escapes.
Can I bring pets?
Unfortunately not to this one. With the exception of assistance animals we have not been able to incorporate a place for your pets at this event. With our reentry policy you'll have no problem popping out to fill up their water, feed them or walk them as long as you keep your wristband on.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes. With a wristband that you will receive on entry you can leave and reenter as many times as you wish.
Does my child need a ticket?
If your child is between 4 and 17 they qualify for a children's ticket. Under 4's will enter for free to the event and over 17's will require an adult ticket.
Will I be catered to as a veggie/vegan?
Yes. There will be options at the Chicken Wing Festival for people that don't eat chicken.
Where do I get my bundle wings from?
The Cowdery's wings will be available from their stall at the event. Pick your own sauces and toppings and build the wing you want!

By train: Cookham station is just a ten-minute walk from Cookham Moor. Trains run hourly in each direction.
By car: If approaching from the North, A404 before taking the first junction and turning left. Continue down Marlow Road into Bourne End, taking the A4094 exit towards Cookham. After crossing Cookham Bridge, take the second exit. Wing Day will be on your right.
If approaching from the M4, take the junction 8/9 exit towards the A308. Continue along this road until you reach the traffic lights just after the BMW. Turn right onto Gardner Road before taking the first exit at the next roundabout. Continue along the B4447 towards Cookham, taking the second exit onto The Pound upon entering Cookham. Wing Day will be on your left.
